My name is Ryan Disotell, and I am a Certified Personal Trainer through The International Sports Sciences Association. For years I struggled with finding what works and how to become strong, fit, and change my body composition, that is until I found out about bodyweight training and how truly strong and fit you can become just using your bodyweight and a pair of dumbbells from home.Once I switched to this type of training my strength and fitness skyrocketed to the point where hard exercises like pullups and dips became easy even with added weight! Once I acquired this knowledge and results, I decided to become certified to help people avoid the constant battle trying to get fit and give them a clear path to success.
